Our company is specialized in manufacturing: lampholders , lighting plastic and ceramic component, wire processing ,tooling designing and manufacture , injecting .
The scale :
There are about 3000 square meters factory and 100 workers. the main production equipments include : injection molding machine , automatic wire cutting machine , computer wire cutting machine , Stripping machine , Strip and twist machine , electric capacity-store-energy type welding machine , Crimping Machine , auto-stablized solder pot and so on.
Our mold factory have Machine Sparks , wire cutting machine , lathe , grinder , milling machine and so on .
Quality Assurance:
We have professional tooling designing ,quality control and certificating engineers .we can produce the testing unit for lampholdes,and we have all sorts of lampholder technology test gauge,such as the standard of IEC60238、IEC60838、IEC60061、IEC60400、UL496 and so on,we have all sorts of lampholder test gauge ,such as “go” and “not go”gauge of E14、E27, gauge for protection against accidental contact , The smallest, the largest size lamps gauge and so on.
Testing equipment:
Voltage durable testing machine , contact resistance testing machine , 0-500 °C thermotank , torsion meter , Puller machine , ball-pressure test apparatus , pendulum impact-test apparatus , continuity testing machine , standard Impact Test.
